Azin Aliabadi

Program Director

Azin is the Associate Director of AC4 and the Director of the Program for Impact Partnerships at Columbia Climate School. As Associate Director of AC4, she's responsible for financial management of AC4's portfolio of grants and directs CU’s global " hub" engagement portfolio, which includes AC4's Visiting Scholars program, Interdisciplinary Sustainability fellowships, CU Internships, and the event series. She has 15 years of professional work experience in the public and private sectors. Previously she worked as a Consultant at UNDP and as an Associate at Morgan Stanley in New York. Azin graduated Magna Cum Laude with Distinction from Boston University, received her Master’s degree in Economic Policy from Columbia University, with a STEM designation in Econometrics & Quantitative Economics. In addition, she holds an MBA from Cambridge University. Azin is passionate about education, economics, sustainability and peacekeeping.
