Izabela is the Communications Coordinator at AC4, she is currently a Master candidate in International Educational Development at Teachers College, Columbia University, and also a student in the Cooperation and Conflict Resolution program at the Morton Deutsch International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution. As a Zankel Fellow, she has been working with new immigrants at an urban school. Also, she has acted as an advisor for black and indigenous Brazilians who want to study in the global top universities.
