WPL research examines how women contribute to peace and leadership worldwide. We focus on understanding the unique perspectives women bring to conflict resolution, their impact on sustainable peace, and barriers they face in negotiations and in being included on leadership level.
By highlighting women's roles and potential for leadership, our research aims to inform policies and practices that promote inclusivity, equity, and women's empowerment in peace processes globally.
