As an IACM Scholarship Recipient, Nithin’s research focused on the role of natural resources and sustainable development on communities around the world.  His extensive traveling experiences, for he has worked and lived in over 44 countries, have lead him to believe that a global solution is needed for today’s complex problems. By being in South Africa, he gained knowledge not just of history, but also the various cultures and how society continues to move forward towards a stronger future.

As an IACM Scholarship Recipient, Shira examined the cognitive habits of individuals who are highly effective at collaborating across cultures. In addition, she explored whether these adaptive cognitive habits can be offered as interventions for individuals who are less effective at intercultural collaboration.
